  • A group of 10 persons or more : Reservation by telephone is required at least 3 days in advance. (For up to 30 persons)
  • A group of 10 persons or less : Entrance on the same day possible

From the lobby, there are Korea Tourism Exhibit Hall, an information desk, stairs and the main entrance on the left; and a souvenir shop, a cafe, restrooms, a lounge, an elevator, and side entrances on the right.

Information

  • During ongoing construction, only exhibition halls are open and docent tours last for about 15 minutes.
  • Telephone reservation is not available when the museum is closed (on Tuesdays).
  • Punctuality is appreciated. Late arrivals (more than 15 minutes) and no shows are subject to cancellation.
  • Docent tour is not available to groups for commercial purposes.
  • To ensure smooth operation, docent tour is not available to preschool children.
  • Audio and / or video recording of docent tour are not allowed without prior consent from the docent.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances in the exhibition hall, tours may be changed or cancelled without prior notice.
